Shelby is a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga instructor.  She has her RYT 200. She studied massage therapy at Harper College and has since studied prenatal massage, table thai massage, and myofascial massage. She is currently deepening her understanding of movement and the body while pursuing her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at Northern Illinois University.  Shelby uses techniques from a variety of modalities including myofascial release, trigger point release/deep tissue, and table thai stretching to work toward each clients specific needs.

MORNING FLOW with Infrared Lights  

A movement based flow with emphasis on the breath. You’ll be provided with alignment and other body centering cues and yet encouraged to feel your way through the practice from the inside out. You are encouraged to make the class as challenging as you like.

Meet our Massage Therapist.

Maggie is an LMT and graduate of The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage, Chicago. Her skills include, but are not limited to, traditional anti-stress techniques, deep tissue & trigger point release, hot stone and pre/postnatal massage. With calming demeanor and skilled hands, she can accurately gage the pressure needed for each client, while keeping them comfortable. Her effective therapy has warranted a steady stream of return clients from children to elderly!
